Straight answers before you apply
No. The application may be online, but an appointment is a genuine professional role with legal duties, compliance checks and ongoing responsibilities.
A beneficial owner may manage the commercial business, but an appointed director remains a real director with statutory duties and must exercise independent judgement.
A properly documented arrangement can be lawful for legitimate purposes when beneficial ownership is accurately disclosed and all company-law and compliance requirements are met.
There is no fixed or guaranteed income. Fees depend on the role, risk, work and duration and are agreed in writing before acceptance.
Experience can help but is not essential. You must be able to pass checks, follow compliance instructions carefully and communicate promptly.
